A Kaduna State High Court 13 has adjourned a suit on forceful entry and intimidation filed by the Vision Media Service Limited and the CEO Umar Faruk Musa against a business mogul, Mahadi Shehu, to March 1. Daily Trust reports that the media outlet and Shehu have been at loggerheads since he destroyed its station on College Road in Unguwan Dosa, Kaduna North Local Government Area of the state. When the case, with suit no. KDH/HC/2021came up for hearing yesterday, the presiding judge, Justice Edward Andow, adjourned the matter for further hearing.
