Ondo: OSRC Media Group To Prioritize Staff Training


The Chairman of OSRC Media Group, Mr Kunle Adebayo says that this year the organization will focus on staff development and welfare to drive the excellence which it is committed to.

Mr Adebayo while addressing the first general staff meeting for the year at the Media Group’s headquarters, Orita Obele, Akure said the theme of operations this year will be “Our People, Our work” which signifies a call to service for members of staff.

Oluseye Akinwalere reports that the chairman said the organization will prioritize extensive and innovative online live broadcast in all its platforms as part of its efforts to serve a wider audience.

The general meeting was held to enable members of top management and members of staff strategises for the year

The Chairman of the Media Group, Mr Kunle Adebayo promised that there will be intensive training for staff, while emphasis will be on smart work driven by technology.

Mr Adebayo appreciated staff of the media group for their dedication to service.

Also a member of Top Management, Mr Soji Alakuro said the organization’s passion for a well informed society will not be compromised

Earlier the Director of Finance and Administration, OSRC TV, Mr Oluwole Oluwafemi appreciated members of staff for keeping the flag flying and promised that staff will work for greater breakthroughs in the organization’s operations this year.

While presenting a report on behalf of the Television Service, the Director of Engineering and Technical Services, Femi Aiyekomilogbon said the television arm of the media group has begun live streaming of news, increased viewership on the online platform and expressed confidence that existing challenges will be mitigated.

The Director Operations Sunshine 96.5FM Alalaye Mrs Bukola Ogunkwa assured that the radio station will continue giving the public quality content.

The Head of News and Current Affairs at Orange FM, Mr Akinwunmi Abodunde said the disciplined approach of staff to work is a strong point that has continued to drive excellence.

Other members of staff, Alhaji Kamaroudeen Ishola and Mrs Dolapo Abdul appreciated members of the top management for making their welfare top priority.

The year has begun on a note of refired determination for staff of the OSRC Media Group and the public can rest assured that in 2022 their interest will be protected always and in all ways.
